About Us

Compassionate home support built on trust, dignity, and genuine relationships

Who We Are

Acacia Dales Services Ltd is a values-led provider of home-based support services for adults, committed to helping people live well, stay connected, and maintain independence in their own homes and communities.

We believe that support should be personal, respectful, and enabling — shaped around the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our work is grounded in compassion, integrity, and a deep respect for each person’s dignity, choices, and lived experience.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be a trusted and outstanding provider of home-based care and support services, known for excellence, integrity, and cultural responsiveness — where every person we support feels valued, respected, and able to thrive.

We strive to create communities where people of all backgrounds can live independently, stay connected, and experience genuine care above all.

Our Mission

At Acacia Dales Services Ltd, our mission is to provide compassionate, person-centred care and support that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

We empower individuals to live safely and confidently in their own homes — delivering support that is led by their choices, shaped by their goals, and enriched by meaningful relationships.

Our Approach

Our approach is person-centred and enablement-focused.

We work with people, not for them — supporting independence, building confidence, and encouraging individuals to remain active participants in their own lives.

This means we:

  • Listen carefully to what matters most
  • Build on strengths, abilities, and preferences
  • Encourage choice, control, and participation
  • Adapt support as needs and circumstances change

We work collaboratively with individuals, families, and relevant professionals to ensure support is appropriate, respectful, and effective.

Who We Support

We support adults aged 18 and over, including:

  • Older adults
  • Adults living alone
  • Adults with long-term conditions or disabilities (non-clinical support)
  • Adults with mild learning disabilities or autism who benefit from structured, person-centred support
  • Adults experiencing social isolation
  • Adults seeking support to maintain independence at home

Our support is inclusive, flexible, and tailored to the individual.

Everything we do is guided by our core values:

Compassion & Respect

We deliver support with empathy, kindness, and dignity — honouring the uniqueness, preferences, and lived experience of every individual.

Integrity & Accountability

We act with honesty, transparency, and professionalism, taking responsibility for our actions and maintaining trust through ethical practice.

Person-Centred Enablement & Partnership

We place individuals at the centre of decision-making and work in partnership with them, their families, and professionals to promote independence, choice, and control.

Learning, Growth & Excellence

We embrace continuous learning, reflective practice, and high-quality training to improve outcomes and support the professional development of our team.
