Who We Support

Who We Support

At Acacia Dales Services Ltd, we support adults who want to maintain independence, stay connected, and live well in their own homes and communities.

Our support is designed for individuals who need practical, emotional, or social support — without requiring clinical or personal care.

Older Adults

We support older adults who wish to remain independent at home but would benefit from additional support.

This may include:

  • Reducing loneliness and isolation
  • Maintaining daily routines
  • Support with shopping and everyday tasks
  • Staying active and engaged in the community

Adults Living Alone

We support adults who live alone and may need reassurance, companionship, or light practical support.

Our services can help:

  • Build confidence and routine
  • Provide regular social interaction
  • Reduce feelings of isolation
  • Offer reassurance and wellbeing check-ins

Light Support

We support individuals who are largely independent but benefit from occasional or structured support.

This may include:

  • Help with everyday tasks
  • Support organising routines
  • Encouragement to maintain independence
  • Assistance during periods of change or transition

Learning Disabilities & Autism

We provide structured, person-centred support for adults with mild learning disabilities or autism.

Our approach focuses on:

  • Building independence and life skills
  • Supporting routine and structure
  • Encouraging confidence and self-advocacy
  • Respecting communication styles and sensory needs

Families & Informal Carers

We also support families and carers by providing reassurance and practical support for their loved ones.

We can help by:

  • Providing regular check-ins
  • Supporting independence between family visits
  • Offering peace of mind
  • Working collaboratively with those involved in care

Who Our Service May Not Be Suitable For

To ensure safe and appropriate support, our services are not designed for individuals who require:

  • Medication administration
  • Specialist behavioural or therapeutic interventions
